- Floyd is struggling to adjust to his father living in his apartment when his father tries to make some adjustments.
- Lauren and Vanessa prepare for their mother's funeral and keep bickering.
- Lauren intends to become executor of the estate so she doesn't enable Vanessa's habit.
- Max apologizes for asking Wilder out and she says they can pretend it never happened.
- Max tells everyone about their patient scores. most of them are low which Max congratulates while Iggy's is 91% and he tells him that's not the best.
- Avi and teen comes intot he hospital with his sister, both are injured. Lauren needs the parents information and Javi won't share it with them which is a red flag. She has someone call CPS.
- Floyd is still trying to woo a nurse when he sees a pregnant woman and tries to help.
- Max has all of Iggy's patients come in and call in to give a real survey.
- Wilder shares with her patient that he's in remission. His wife shares that he has been throwing away his chemo pills.
- Ivette, the pregnant woman shares that she hasn't gotten prenatal care and that she's an addict. She stopped using when she was preganant but she went back to using recently.
- She doesn't feel the baby is safe inside of her and wants it out at six months.
- Avi is upset at Lauren for lying about helping him when he's been avoiding being in the system to avoid getting separated from his sister.
- He doesn't want CPS to tear them apart
- Max wants to get rid of scheduling for Iggy's department after the new patient satisfaction form
- Wilder learns that Bob has been spending money on vitamins and elixirs to treat his cancer and Wilder wants all of it to see why he's in remission.
- Avi's parents died from COVID two years ago. He turns 18 in a few months and wants to be his sister's guaradian when that happens.
- They can't induce labor for Ivette, she'll have to carry for another four weeks. Floyd calls security and puts her in the psych ward for reckless endangerment of an unborn child. Gabrielle, the nurse, is pissed about it.
- Patients are uspet about the unscheduled appointment
- Once Avi's sister is discharged, she'll become a ward of the state.
- Lauren wants Avi to participate in the traumatic grief so he can be ready to take care of his sister
- Iggy goes off on Max and accuses him of ruining everything and Max agrees all too easily.
- Floyd comes up with a plan a sisterhood of support for Ivette until she gets to full term and the nurses and others pledge to be there for her.
- Iggy returns home and kisses Martin
- Lauren's mother leaves seven million dollars and her entire estate to Vanessa.
- Max talks to Elizabeth and he tells her that maybe they can pretend things didn't happen which she agrees with. He asks her if she felt the things between the two or if he ewas just imagining. it. She says she does and tells him that she thinks about him allt he time and really likes him but doesn't want to slow down or be with someone who can't fully udnerstand her language and thus her.
