Jughead laments over his laptop that Riverdale needs a modern-day folk hero.

Percival Pickens asks Veronica to stay in her champagne suite. Percival offers to pay a hefty fee for the suite and sing in the casino. Veronica agrees to let him stay.

Britta tells Cheryl that her parents have accepted her and want her home.

Percival Pickens has plans to redesign and fix Phickens Park, which includes a renovated statue of his ancestor. Archie and Tabitha are against the statue due to the history of General Pickens.

Percival reveals the town's new welcome sign, which removes Pop's Chock'lit Shoppe from the sign. He toys with Tabitha and says that the billboard is being fought over by the businesses. He says Tabitha should fight against Veronica for the billboard space.

Jughead has a tactic to fight Percival's mind control with a mind trick. Jughead wants to create a local town folk hero; he thinks Archie would be the best option due to his roots in Riverdale.

Cheryl feels hot and her book catches on fire. It turns out to be a nightmare.

At the town meeting, Archie and Jughead announce they plan to reopen the El Royale as a gym and youth center. Someone from the Guinness World Records will arrive to test Archie in a few rounds of strength.

Percival, Frank, and Alice decide to put Babylonium on the billboard instead of Pop's. Tabitha is mad and storms out of the house.

Archie does a test of placing cement blocks on his chest/nails on his back, someone hammers him with a sledgehammer, and survives a freezer nap. The Guinness World Records declared that Archie is the strongest man in the world.

Jughead plans to create a statue in Archie's honor. Jughead wants a boxing match with K.O. Kelly; Archie won't knock him out and K.O. will get the technical victory.

Tabitha is wondering why the Babylonium is eating into her profits. Toni's business is suffering due to the free drinks at the casino.

Cheryl rehires Darius to help with her sickness.

Toni and Tabitha discover that the casino is handing out free diner food and alcohol drinks to the patrons.

Cheryl wakes up to find Darius' burned body/ash in her room. She thinks Abigail's doll has caused it, but Nana Blossom is positive the doll hasn't done anything.

K.O. Kelly arrived in town for the match. He won't help set up the ring; he plans to see Veronica's casino.

Betty comes to help investigate why Darius burned up and his feet didn't.

Tabitha and Toni team up to combine their efforts with a diner and bar aesthetic.  Toni has a Serpent tradition she wants to bring back as a new gimmick.

Percival offers Veronica a deal to become an investor in her casino. He teases that he knows more about Reggie's secret dealings.

Veronica discovers the slot machines that Reggie kept at Mantle Motors. She bans him from coming back to Babylonium and her bed.

Dr. Curdle Jr deduces that Darius spontaneously combusted. Cheryl worries that she's combust next; Betty offers to stay over the night to protect her.

Percival surprises Archie at the gym and tries to control him into killing himself. The boxcutter breaks on Archie's arm, which jolts him back to his senses.

Percival convinces Veronica to visit the Whyte Wyrm. Toni and Tabitha perform "Private Dancer" on stage together.

Cheryl's temperature increases rapidly; Betty throws her into an ice bath. Betty is going to reach out to the FBI's paranormal division.

Archie warns Jughead about how close Percival was to winning with his mind control. Jughead wants to make the big move after the fight against K.O. Kelly.

Fangs witnesses Toni perform a dance on the pole at the Whyte Wyrm. Meanwhile, Babylonium is empty since everyone is at the Whyte Wyrm. Percival has an idea to firebomb the bar.

Pop Tate is upset that there's alcohol being served in the bar. Fangs is upset that Toni is dancing when they're in a custody battle for Baby Anthony. Veronica is upset at Percival for thinking she would firebomb her friends; she kicks him out of the casino.

Reggie is upset over the latest issues with Veronica. The wise guys think he should deepen their partnership together.

Percival Pickens ambushes K.O. outside the diner. He uses his mind control ability.

K.O. is rushed to the hospital after he walks into traffic. Percival offers to fight Archie in the ring since K.O. is unable. Archie agrees, but if Percival loses the fight, he must resign from the town council. If Percival wins, Archie must support the General Pickens statue.

Agent Drake, an agent at the FBI, believes Cheryl is triggering pyrokinesis.

Veronica, Toni, and Tabitha meet together about their businesses. The three ladies develop a business plan that supports everyone; Tabitha is the originator of the idea.

Betty and Nana Blossom try to teach Cheryl to use her new ability.

Archie and Percival have a boxing match. Percival tries to use his mind control ability, but it doesn't work in the ring. Percival sucker punches Archie.

Cheryl successfully uses her ability to light the logs and a photo of her mother on fire.

Percival knocks Archie out in the ring.

Guinness World Record will no longer give Archie a medal. Percival stole the palladium that Betty kept hidden in her FBI office; he had placed it in his boxing glove. Percival had mind-controlled Alice to let him into the house to steal the secrets from Betty.

The statue of Percival Pickens was placed in the park.

Cheryl now has the active ability to create fire.

Percival tells Sheriff Keller and Frank that he plans to kill Tabitha.
