On this episode of Supernatural…

Sam gets blood to start injecting Dean with it in order to cure him of being a demon.

In doing so, Dean is able to get out of the trap. He starts hunting Sam, who at least manages to lock down the Men of Letters bunker.

Castiel, who continues to do badly without grace, is attacked by an angel to near death.

Crowley, who is bored in Hell, shows up, kills the angel, takes her grace and gives it to Castiel.

Castiel manages to show up in the nick of time to save Sam and help rid the  demon out of Dean.

A mysterious red-haired woman is introduced at the very end of the hour.
