Barry whooshes to Coast City to get pizza. Caitlin doesn't want any. She's sulking. She really doesn't like being asked to do any of the things the men in her life are asking her to do. 

Eddie is asking a woman about robbing a bank vault. She's swearing that she wasn't in the person on the video. He asks Barry if it's possible a metahuman can really do that.

Iris walks up. Eddie wants her to come home. He tells Barry he's done lying to Iris about this so they better find something on it.

Caitlin and Barry are arguing over proof about Wells and he rolls up wondering about their chat.

When Barry catches up with the shapeshifter, he discovers he's well, a shapeshifter, and it will be impossible to catch him.

Joe and Cisco are in Starling City!! Capt. Lance is a smart ass as always. When Laurel comes in, Cisco smiles at her with a very large smile. He laughs and cannot believe it when she says she's the Black Canary. Then she asks for help with her sonic device.

Caitlin goes to Harrison's house and rings the door. Before Harrison can answer, Barry whooshes her away. She was going to get some answers from him. She thinks her life will be ruined with this information.

Barry pulls the dad card and Caitlin calls foul. Barry and Eddie go talk to Hannibal Bates' grandmother. Barry wonders why anyone thought naming their kid Hannibal would let their kid grow into anything other than a criminal.

Everyone but Barry realizes grandma is likely Hannibal. Eddie gets shapeshifted and caught on camera. The Chief tries to keep it on the down low but it doesn't really work. The good news is that it brings Iris back around.

Lance and Joe have a chat about lying to those you love.

Barry whooshes Eddie out of the interrogation room. He wants to save Eddie. But Eddie wants Barry to save him the legal way. Hell, he's The Flash. His faith in Barry is admirable.

Barry gets home and Eddie's at his door. Barry's such a sucker.

Not-Barry thinks Caitlin is pretty cute. She tells Not-Barry how she plans to reverse how she plans to reverse his meta-ness. It's kind of cool how Barry is being Not-Barry.

Joe and Cisco find Harrison's carcass, remarkably well-preserved, ridiculously right under a couple inches of dirt.

Not-Barry kisses Caitlin. She pulls away at first, but he pulls her back. Iris is there and Not-Barry calls her "her." Iris looks at the video footage. Eddie isn't left handed. The shooter was. So is the Not-Barry. Harrison tasered Not-Barry. Iris and Caitlin are taking him to the station when he morphs into a little girl and escapes.

Caitlin finds Barry tied up in his closet.

Joe is leaving Starling City and gives Lance some advice how to help his bad ticker, nodding toward Laurel.

Cisco gives to Laurel a new sonic device for her scream. He thinks she could call it the canary cry. She likes it. She leaves him with a photo of Cisco and Canary.

When Barry touches Caitlin to thank her, she shrugs it off, telling him there's no need for a hug or anything of that sort. 

Barry finds Hannibal and he turns into Caitlin, Iris, Eddie and then The Flash himself as they all fight. When Barry injects him, layers upon layers of who he was fall down to the ground.
