Barry talks his brother into meeting with the newly returned exiled Sheik. 

During the meeting, the Sheik wants free elections for President in exchange for clearing the plaza. The meeting ends with both sides agreeing to "take it under advisement." 

Barry convinces Jamal that free elections are the only way forward for the nation in the days of video and Youtube. He sells Jamal on the idea under the presumption that the President could win the election.

The Sheik calls Jamal a "Lion" and names Bassam as the "Lion Tamer." This upsets Jamal.

On the day that the motion to amend the Constitution to call for election is to take place, Jamal and the Sheik meet in the bathroom. The ill Sheik has a coughing fit. Jamal takes that opportunity to attack his opposition and attempts to kill him.
