As Rosemary and Lee head into town with Elizabeth to hear Lucas's speech, Jack asks if he can hear it too and join Elizabeth at school. Elizabeth agrees to let him join her at school since they're decorating Easter eggs that day.

Nathan and Bill moan about all the speeches Lucas will do. Rosemary suggests hypnosis to help Lucas remember his attack, but Faith cautions that it's dangerous. Edwin introduces Lucas, who says Easter is a time for new beginnings.

He announces that they are taking bids for the resort and the first annual Governor's Egg Hunt in Hope Valley.  Bill seems impressed that Elizabeth and Lucas have moved on to being friends, but he knows Nathan would prefer Lucas gone.

When Nathan asks Elizabeth about the Easter plans, she admits she convinced Lucas to let Edwin dress up in a bunny suit. He offers to help her with the egg hunt.

Lee and Bill discuss the next steps of proving Montague's involvement, but Lucas overhears and wishes to focus on the future like meeting with Benson Hills about the resort. When they hear Mike's sister Maisy is the mayor there, they decide to him with Lee for back up.

Elizabeth helps the kids with their eggs and Jack is so excited to be at school. When she has to settle an argument between two classmates, Allie helps Jack. Elizabeth also notices Toby's artistic talent and has him demonstrate how he decorated his egg.

Jack liked school, but he didn't like sharing his mom. After they talk, Lilly joins them, and Molly gets the kids for daycare while Elizabeth and Faith discuss how Faith is adjusting to motherhood.

Rosemary barges in on Bill, and they discuss that Clayton Pike was framed since his prints were only found on the handle of the gun.

Bill sees a mysterious woman who announces she's an old friend of Lucas's. She wants a room, so Bill gets Mike to help her and recognizes her name, Jeanette, as Lucas enters. The men joke about how nice it is to meet her as Lucas tries to get rid of them and bring Jeanette to his office.

Jeanette taunts Lucas for the wedding being called off and then admits she came to put a bid in for the resort. He doesn't trust her anymore and tries to get rid of her, but she already booked a room.

Elizabeth arrives to discuss Easter with Lucas, and Lucas acts nervous around her since he doesn't want her to see Jeanette.

Mike was terrified about meeting with his sister, Maisy, because she wouldn't negotiate with them on anything, including the resort's name or access road. She thinks this is a waste of time.

Angela and Cooper recruit Allie to help them reunite with their dad and uncle. They need her help locating their uncle's address. She agrees to help but fears they'll get into trouble.

Lee informs Rosemary about Jeanette's return, who wants to rush over and warn Elizabeth.

Maisy enters Mei's Pharmacy and orders ice cream. As the women talk, Mike stops by, demanding to know why his sister is there.

He realizes their mom told her about Mei, and she came to check her out. Mei is delighted he told his mom about her and Maisy approves of her, saying Mike should bring her home to their mom.

Nathan and Elizabeth hide the eggs. She trips and falls into his arms when she retrieves one he put to high. Allie almost catches them, saying Jack wants to find the eggs soon.

Rosemary catches Lucas and Jeanette together and calls her a legend. Lucas tries to get her to leave. After she does, Jeanette asks more questions about Elizabeth, and Lucas agrees to let her bid if she'll leave.

Before Rosemary can warn Lucas about Jeanette, Jack and the other kids arrive, and the egg hunt begins.

Mei thinks it was flattering that Maisy came to spy on her, and she likes his sister. Mike can tell his sister liked Mei too, and Mike can tell why. She inspires him. They finally kiss.

Lucas almost gets Jeanette to leave, but before she does, she announces to Elizabeth that she and Lucas used to be engaged, which shocks her. Elizabeth confronts him, but later, Elizabeth admits to Rosemary that she doesn't feel as guilty.

Nathan brought Elizabeth a special egg that night.
