9. Crowded -- NBC

No more sex, booze, and paying the bills naked. After 20 years of parenting, empty nesters Mike (Patrick Warburton) and Martina (Carrie Preston) are finally reclaiming their wild side. Yet when both of their two grown daughters unexpectedly move back in, and Mike’s parents scratch their plans to spend their golden years in Florida, their roost is full again.

From executive producer Sean Hayes, this new (and very timely) family comedy proves that life is crazy with a full house, especially the second time around.

Other cast includes Stacy Keach, Carlease Burke, Mia Serafino and Miranda Cosgrove.

10. The Grinder -- Fox

Rob Lowe stars as beloved TV lawyer Dean Sanderson (aka "The Grinder"), with Fred Savage starring as his brother, Stewart. When his long-running hit series comes to an end, he finds himself at a crossroads in life and decides to move back to his small home town thinking he has the experience to take over his family’s law firm. Mary Elizabeth Ellis, William Devane and Hana Hayes co-star.

11. Rosewood -- Fox

Rosewood centers around the brilliant Dr. Beaumont Rosewood, Jr. (Morris Chestnut), the top private pathologist in all of Miami. As owner of one of the most sophisticated, state-of-the-art independent labs in the country, he finds the secrets in bodies that others usually miss. Despite being constantly surrounded by death Rosewood is obsessed with life and savors every moment. His eternal optimism will frustrate the cynical female detective he often works with, but she can’t argue with the results that his unique perspective provides.

12. DC's Legends of Tomorrow -- The CW

When heroes alone are not enough ... the world needs legends. Having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat — one in which not only is the planet at stake, but all of time itself. Can this ragtag team defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known?

The spinoff will feature an all-star cast from Arrow and The Flash, including Brandon Routh (Ray Palmer/ATOM), Caity Lotz, Wentworth Miller (Leonard Snart/Captain Cold), Dominic Purcell (Mick Rory/Heatwave), Victor Garber (Martin Stein), Ciara Renee (Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl and Arthur Darvill (Rip Hunter).

13. Containment -- The CW

Containment (formerly Cordon) centers on the city of Atlanta after a deadly epidemic breaks out and the city is quarantined, forcing those inside to fight for their lives while officials desperately search for a cure. Cordon stars Chris Wood (The Vampire Diaries), Claudia Black (Farscape); George Young, David Gyasi, Christina Moses, Hanna Mangan Lawrence (Spartacus: War of the Damned) and Trevor St. John (One Life to Live).

14. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend -- The CW

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend began on Showtime as a half-hour comedy, but will be re-developed for The CW as an hour long series with musical elements, starring Rachel Bloom (Robot Chicken) as Rebecca Bloom, a successful, driven, possibly crazy young woman who gives up everything, including an apartment in Manhattan and her partnership in a law firm, in a desperate attempt to find love and romance in the hotbed of excitement of West Covina, CA. The selling point? It's only two hours from the beach, four in traffic!

15. The Guide to Surviving Life -- Fox

The Guide to Surviving Life is a new comedy coming to Fox in 2015-16 about a 26-year-old who uses his own calamitous life experience to help others survive life when he turns on a camera and records them

16. Grandfathered -- Fox

John Stamos stars in Grandfathered as a long-standing bachelor whose life is suddenly upended when he discovers he's both a father and a grandfather.
