This is going to sound weird but I think Blair gets pregnant but not with Chuck,but Jack Bass, Chuck's uncle. I think this because Jack is coming back to steal the Bass empire and Chuck tries to bribe him out of it and Jack wants Blair for the night, and Chuck allows it because Chuck will do the whole this is all I have left of my father, Blah Blah Blah, Blair agrees and then she gets pregnant and then the Indecent Proposal spoiler comes in of Jack proposing to Blair so she doesn't stay with Chuck.Or Chuck proposes to Blair because she is going to runaway with Jack since hes the father. This is just a theory but I put a bunch a spoilers together and came up with this.

I so totally agree with you. You know how Chuck is. o.o But Blair getting pregnant... now that would be so funny to see!
Does Shonda forbid her characters to get pregnant? She can choose... I hope it's not Lexie. She's still young and I hope it's not Alex's!
On Addison's hand, if she's pregnant, I am so happy with her! Two eggs is better than no eggs and it is a possibility. Hmm...

I think it's either V. with Lonely Boy's kid, or Georgie with anyone's. Or maybe Lily with the mysterious Mr.Van der Woodsen? It'd be a good reason for S.'s dad to come back home.

i hope jenny does sleep with damien i hate her and nate but anyways i really have a strong feeling thats its vanessa and nate for some reason i think it is because jenny blair and or serena are so expected but it would be funny if georgina had a bby by dan lol

first of all, wasnt there a spoiler like months ago here that said someone on GG was getting pregnant ? but they could have meant dorota...
i think the only shows with such a huge fan following is (obviously) gossip and greys anatomy.
im pretty sure its not going to be blair or serena, because theyve both had fake pregnncies or scares or whatever...
sooo in my opinion, i think jenny gets pregnant. but the big twist is gonna be that its with nate instead of damien like everyone expects. or it could be vanessa, but who knows. i cant wait to find out !

Ohhh no! if Nate was to knock up Vanessa how ugly would their baby look!? and Nate will have to commit to her, but if nate got into a fight with Serena i think he would run to Jenny. Cant it be lilly and rufus, lovechild #2

Well it's definately not Elena Gilbert of The Vampire Diaries - Vampires cannot procreate exept in Twilight; we all know about baby Renesmee! :)
I think it's Vanessa, because it's too obvious if it is Blair or Serena, and with the upcoming 'Sixteen Year Old Virgin'-episode, it would be too obvious if Jenny was the one too... So Vanessa is probably the least obvious one, exept if it is Eleanor or a complete third!
Then again, it might be Georgina returning with baby Daniel... big shocker there!

Lexie Grey would be extremely interesting, but i don't want it to be Alex's, so...
Blair however would just be perfect in general. Imagine her already hormonal, bitchy self pregnant. GOLDEN! But, I'm not sure the writers would want to go that way. If anyone gets pregnant on that show it would probably be Lily.

(won't be Mer, Shonda've said many times there's not gonna be a McBaby - although a pregnancy doesn't have to mean a baby as well, of course)

There is a spoiler on the internet that Serena and Nate get in a big fight, Nate hooks up with Vanessa and Vanessa becomes pregnant and Nates the baby daddy!!!
