i have a rather interesting (and also stupid) theory, so hear me out here:
1. izzie leaves, and with that, her "fertilized embryos" as well.
2. callie loves to have children and arizona doesn't.
3. mark already HAS a child, sloan sloan's gonna bring his granddaughter/son (i forgot, sorry) back to SGMWH.
4. callie pleads alex for the eggs, she gets it implanted, pregnant, and have a child. and arizona will finally accept and understand callie's deep want to have that child. .(she always does understand eventually anyway).
5. meredith and derek again WON't be having a baby, according to shonda once again.=|
6. ARIZONA, CALLIE and MARK finally become the threesome team of parents for their really cute tiny human children! YAAY!
i apologize, my guess is as stupid as a frozen penguin.
but these are what's running thru my mind constantly. .

oooooooooooh just had a thought Teddy gets pregnant to Mark, they just started sleeping together, there was a hint Teddy has to fight for her job, maybe she's the one that's pregnant and as such she has terrible morning sickness, pretty hard to operate when you need to throw up all the time. THIS! I want Teddy/Mark. It would be really interesting and they can finally show us how grown up they can be.

i dont think its on gossip girl. they already have alot of plot going on and dorotas alread pregnant.... however i do wish it was gossip girl!!!!!!!!

I don't think it will be in Grey's Anatomy because Meredith&Derek are to obvious and they would distroy everything if Lexie gets pregnant. I don't think this pregnancy shocker will be in NCIS, because it's NCIS. I think either Bones or Gossip Girl, there it would be a shocker if any of the girls gets pregnant, because there all so young.

i really feel like its gossip girl... and since it has to be really crazy and someone no one ever thought of... i think its gonna be Georgina, cause she comes back at the end of the season. And I think it'll be Dan's baby since they were hooking up right before she suddenly left.

Possibility... Though, it would have to be from Wendell (NO!). She would never cheat. Or, she breaks up with Wendell. :D Angela gets back with Hodgins because she knows that she truly loves him! :D

I'm obsessed with Lost and I can confirm there will definitely not be a pregnancy. Claire is already pregnant in the alternate universe and I can't conceive (no pun intended) that any other female character is in a position to be pregnant. I mean, Kate hasn't slept with anyone in almost a season and a half (surprising, I know). The only possible pregnancy I can think of is if Sun is pregnant in the alternate universe, which I still don't see happening. Yeah, you can see how much of my life is spent analyzing Lost. Kinda sad, really.

I'm sure it's not Gossipi Girl because of Dorota, I think Glee isn't either because of Quinn... I bet Grey's Anatomy (although I don't even watch the show and have not idea what relationships are like) or Smallville, Bones.
I'd say House but it's not likely since I've read somewhere Cameron comes back with interesting papers or somthing along the lines... and I thought divorce papers. And it's difficult for Cuddy and Thirteen, soooo... for me it's between Grey's, Chuck, Samllville, Bones and NCIS maybe.
I don't watch Lost but I wouldn't like a series finale to be a pregnancy, somthing that people can't develop... but again, what do I know about Lost??
