As the Charlie Sheen legal war against Two and a Half Men rages on - the actor has reportedly hired an attorney to fight for his full season pay - rumblings of the sitcom returning next year with a new lead are growing louder.
And that lead has been identified as John Stamos.
According to E! News, CBS President Les Moonves spoke with Stamos on Saturday afternoon about joining Two and a Half Men. Says a source:
"They were at the bar talking and Les asked John if he'd be interested in replacing Charlie. It wouldn't be to play Charlie's character but they talked more about introducing a new character."
About 24 hours prior to this alleged meeting, the recurring Glee star Tweeted: "Contrary to the rumors, I am not replacing Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men. however, Martin Sheen has asked me to be his son."
What do you think? Should the show go on without Sheen? Should Stamos take over?
