I can't wait for Jimmy's wedding. Will Gibbs bring anyone? Also I think Abby's brother and niece should make an appearence since she doesn' t have any parents to show up like Gibbs or DiNozzo. Another great twist to a story would be for Jennh to return. If you think about it, we only really saw her complection in the blood, and ok Tony checked her pulse, it could have been too faint to feel. When Vance got to the site, everything seemedto become a coverup. Gibbs didn't open Jenny's body bag and you never saw anything but the bloody clothes. The way Jennh died was even covered up in the news. Wouldn't it be a mouth dropper if Jenny came out of hiding because all the people that were after her and Gibbs were finally gone. I heard that Lauren Holly missed the show. She obviously couldn't go back to director's position, but something could be found.

unfortunately, I haven't got the chance to complete the whole season 8.. because. lets just say that I dont have the technology to watch it, however, I'm planning to buy a season 8 dvd...
I've seen some of the episodes though and definitely enjoyed it..
especially the season 8 finale, though I haven't seen the previous episodes that tells the whole thing about the P2P killer, I loved the ending.. and the whole cliff hanger with the new SECNAV, Ziva's boyfriend and the whole tony Confidential file ^_^ thanks for the posting of some of the spoilers, looking forward to season 9 ^_^
I think things will get interesting. I am wondering now that Mike is gone, who will be looking out for his daughter-in-law and granddaughter? Maybe he asked Gibbs to do it. That would fill Gibbs' void. He would get a daughter and grand daughter. His is the child's godfather. I hope we see more of his dad, too.

I think that the assignment is for Tony to follow CIA agent Ray. It is going to be really interesting since the last guy that Ziva loved was killed by him and he knows that Ray loves Ziva. Tony and Ziva may end up together but it is going to take alot more to happen...since Gibbs doesn't like dating btw co-workers. As for McGee and Abby, they make such a cute couple. I hope they get together soon.

in a way, tony is a player. always has been, always will be, but you are right to say that he has matured a lot over the last 8 years. ESPECIALLY after jeanne. i do believe that he truly loved her and that it hurt him just as much to not only build their relationship on lies but to see it getting stamped on and crumple like a house of cards.
everyone deserves happiness. tony's human and even though he may have made a mistake (which i'm not sure he did because he was following orders), the price he paid (severe heartache!) was significant. he certainly didn't ENJOY hurting jeanne and that alone makes me believe that he deserves happiness just like everyone else.

Tony doesn't deserve any happiness?? Are you serious? Shut up. Just...shut UP. What he did to Jeanne was a necessary part of his job-- his boss gave him orders and he followed them. Of course he had to break it off and tell her the truth in the end, and you could tell that it hurt him a lot as well. His character has grown so much over the course of the show, so of course he deserves happiness in the end.
And people don't think that Tony and Ziva "hooked up" just because they shared a bed. I personally don't think anything happened. But they think so just because of the way they were acting during Jet Lag. The secret glances, the flirty smiles, the way their banter was a lot more calm and less biting than usual. Viewers are able to read between the lines. I hope nothing happened except for maybe a discussion and some moments that brought them closer together.
Because it will be much better for WHEN they get together.
And saying they won't ever? Ha. Please

I think Season 9 is full of surprises. Perhaps will see a few episodes on the cooperation between HQ + OSP LA. This will be explosive. Have not seen anything on Federal Law enforcement this good. The best one still is SWAT (not the TV series) follow by Speed! Both are based on LAPD!

To start: does Operation Frankenstein have anything to do with the paper Vance destroyed when he took over as Director after Jenny's death?
Tony/Ziva - get over it people . They will never 'hook-up'. That they slept in the same bed does not mean they had SEX! You people are such pervs. Besides after the way Tony treat Jeanne he doesn't deserve any happiness. He's a jerk, always was and always will be. Peter Pans always come to a bad end.
Loved Mike Franks and hated to see him go but Gibbs has to be Master Yoda now with no support. He has to work through his issues as well.
Who's the bad guy? I don't know. I know all you female types want it to be E.J. but i'm thinking not. That's too obvious. I'd like it to be Jimmy Palmer. He is such a waste. Bring Gerald back!

this story was in season 7's jet-lag were tiva was assigned to protect a witness and bring her back to the states.
tony and ziva apparently shared a hotel room and by the awkward moment at the end of the episode they even shared the same bed.
tony also took a picture of her while they were there and ziva considered it looked better in black and white. xx

Sorry to c franks go. love to c mcgee and abby get together. Hope in season 9 that mcgee gets to get back at tony abit more than he has in the past , i think mcgee's part is underplayed in the show. DON'T BREAK UP THE TEAM WON'T BE THE SAME

I love NCIS and would like to see Tony and Ziva get together before the end of the series. I just hope that they dont pull a Jag and have them get together in the last episode in a cliff hanger type of way.

I don't know why NCIS never gets an Emmy it deserves one House is always nominated I think NCIS is better then House now House isn't good at all. but no good show is nominated last few years but the ratings are good for NCIS

ah but Steve -- Mike Franks was,in fact, dying of lung cancer from all his years of smoking. Ducky might even confirm this in Season 9 ?!?!. He had sent a letter to Gibbs and Mikes voice was overheard reading it when Gibbs looked at it... I believe he only had, I think, a few months to live and as Mike said in the letter. "I'm gonna live them to the fullest!!" I admit I cried when he died. I was like Ziva - fell apart. I thought Mike Franks was a rough tough cream puff and I adored him. I loved the relationship he had with Gibbs, the Team and his almost daughter-in-law and I loved his last appearance. Maybe they just thought that it was 'time'. He had a nice long association with the Show. I also loved the way Gibbs saw his Team's affection for Mike...Abby hugging him, Ziva blowing him a kiss, Tony standing up and shaking his hand, McGee, a wave and a smile. Mike was really Gibbs extended 'family' and it is soooo sad that he is now gone. I will miss him. By the way, I don't thi

One thing that does surprise me was how well liked Mike Franks was. I always liked Franks. He was one of my favorites too. But I did not expect to see the large number of people who really didn't want to see him leave the show too. He really is the old cowboy, tough guy type. He has pretty wide spread popularity.
I had suspected that the actor who plays him was probably getting too old to keep doing shows so they gave him the ending befitting Franks. Going down swinging rather than to cancer.
It was good way to end it... even though I too am sorry to see Franks go.

I don't know why they killed Franks either they wanted to shock us and they kinda did Even that I knew it was going franks it still shocked me. I didn't want him to die it made me cry.

anyway cant under stand why they killed mike franks of as i thought that he was the one to keep gibbs in line so can any one tell me why please
