Kathy Bates to Guest Star on Two and a Half Men As... Charlie?!?
Charlie Harper is on his way back to Two and a Half Men. Sort of. Kind of. But not really.
CBS sources confirm that Harry's Law star Kathy Bates has signed on for one of the season's more unusual guest appearances: she will stop by the April 30 installment of this sitcom as the ghost of Charlie Sheen's late character.
Look for her to take on Charlie's spirit after Alan suffers a minor heart attack. Can't say we saw that development coming.
After taking two weeks off, meanwhile, Two and a Half Men aired a new episode last night. What did you think of it?

I agree- With the money this sitcom has made for Chuck Lorre, why hire Bates to pose as Charlie when surely Charlie could have been brought back- That is as lame as all the other episodes of this past season!!!!
The show only existed with Charlie Sheen-I can`t believe they are contemplating renewing it for another year?????? Who is watching this junk???? How can the network re-sign such a pathetic show??????? Take it off the air if Charlie Sheen does not come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't tell you what I think about it, because I stopped watching it since Charlie left. How come Allen and Kathy Bates have to assume "Charlie's" part. Why not get the real mccoy back?
