The CW isn't even going to survive unless it rethinks its entire strategy as a network. For purely financial reasons, 90210 needs to be renewed. It has a built in fan base and is more likely to retain viewers than all the other shows. Not to mention ad revenue, deals with hulu, etc., iTunes sales and the opportunity for syndication. The Ringer should absolutely be canned. It's too bad because GG should be put to rest at this point. It really sucks and its cast and crew don't seem to give a shit about producing quality TV but the show will bring in more money than Nikita/HOD/Ringer. And while GG is pathetic, its numbers are comparable to those of the freshman series.

The Secret Circle. I just love this show ever since day one. The idea is great, and though it has a few flaws (which I'm sure they can be solved) it really is great. It's my favourite show, and I'd hate to have to let it go, especially since it didn't even have that many episodes.

The show hasn't gotten a chance to take off since the CW put it at such a crappy time slot. Also, if you're not watching it YOU NEED TO. I admit it was pretty ridiculous at the beginning, but it's probably the best writing and plot lines of any CW show ever since the hiatus. Also HOW CAN ONE TREE HILL GET 10 SEASONS, AND RINGER ONLY GET ONE??? Something would not be right in the world.
Reasons I don't think the other shows should get renewed over Ringer--
Hart of Dixie: Summer Roberts is not believable as a doctor.
90210: Everyone has already been with each other, and the show just doesn't make sense anymore. Not as bad as Gossip Girl these days, but not as great as Ringer.
Nikita: Good, but not as good as Ringer. Maybe if it weren't at the Friday time slot, I'd check it out more often.
The Secret Circle: Even Vampire Diaries has sucked lately, so no thanks.
Also, Sarah Michelle Gellar is in Ringer. Enough said.

Ringer and 90210 are boring as hell. The other shows are actually really interesting. But, CW makes horrid choices in canceling shows. Like hellcats for example. They keep the ones that the 13 year old twilight loving fan base is obsessed with and cancel the ones with actual quality and a good story line.
