Next Wednesday, meanwhile, they will meet an innocent man, as Oliver realizes that one of his targets has framed someone for murder. Look for him to enlist Laurel's help as a result.
Elsewhere, Walter investigates the major withdrawal Moira made without his knowledge. Uh-oh. What might be in store for Oliver's mother?
