Derek makes a surprising discovery in a new clip from tonight's Grey's Anatomy.

After learning that a plan is in place to supply him with a live donor nerve, he immediately orders those involved with the plan to undo it. Soon after, he and Meredith are given a lecture by Heather of all people.

Meanwhile, some alarmed hunters arrive at the hospital with a shooting victim, though not one the doctors anticipated seeing on this day, or any day. Apparently someone may have found and shot Sasquatch.
