The Simpsons: Watch Season 25 Episode 6 Online

The Simpsons centered on Lisa and her political affiliation this week.

The installment found Homer's intellectual daughter befriending - gasp! - a Republican named Isabel, causing quite a challenge to the liberal Lisa.

What would win out in the end? Lisa's staunch beliefs or her desperate need for a pal?

As you might expect, the set-up allowed for a lot of political humor, and it was rather clear on which side the writers fell.

But The Simpsons Season 25 Episode 6 tried to teach a lesson as well: one's political's leanings don't make one a bad person. And folks on contrasting sides of the aisle can still get along. No, really. They can!
