A week after Michelle Vega's funeral and Patrick Jane was still MIA in The Mentalist Season 7 Episode 11 but Lisbon took drastic measures to bring him back. When he wouldn't return any of her phone calls, she issued a warrant for his arrest and had him shipped back to the FBI.

Patrick seemed to think that she should have known that he'd return but Teresa reminded him that she's not psychic and she didn't know if he was dead or alive. 

Speaking of psychic, one just walked into the FBI and began sharing details of their latest double homicide. He also gave Wiley messages from Vega from the great beyond. Wiley wanted to believe but Lisbon was the skeptic and Abbott asked Jane to have a talk with Gabriel the psychic to figure out if he was simply a fraud, or actually their killer.

When Gabriel's clues lead them to five more bodies, the FBI try to hold Gabriel but his attorney gets him out with a lot of media fanfare. Unfortunatley for Gabriel, his supposed psychic powers did send him a vision about his own murder. The team find Gabriel dead with the word FAKER cut into his skin.
