Chicago Fire Season 3 Episode 19 welcomes us through the doors of Chicago Med as the episode serves as a backdoor pilot for the spin off which could well be airing some time next season on NBC.

We know that there is a chemical leak which leads Firehouse 51 bringing the casualties to the hospital, but things go from bad to worse when a man claims that he has an airborne disease and is clutching a grenade.

Three worlds will effectively collide in the special since Ruzek and Halstead from Chicago PD appear on the scene, but how will they fit into all of this? It all remains to be seen.

We see a lot of our key players in life threatening situations. One of the pictures shows them all out cold. Let's hope they all manage to find their way to safety.

Dawson appears to be taking a liking to Will Halstead, but how will Casey react to this? We can't wait to find out.

This is arguably going to be the biggest episode of the season and being Chicago Fire and all, don't be surprised if one of our friends from Firehouse 51 is killed.
