OMG- I think from the pictures its pretty clear that BART BASS is the one who dies. The "argument" between "siblings" Chuck and Serena. And, notice how disheveled Chuck looks. He out of all the guys is always appearance-wise "put together" And, the expose about Bart Bass in episode 10??? Hmmm... I hope this means that my theory of the "fake death" of Bart Bass is what will pan out. I don't want Chuck to lose his father. It would be too painful and unfair. So they can do the whole character development and finally unite Chuck and Blair with Bart's demise... but please in classic soap opera fashion, bring Bart back from the dead.

It's definitely Chuck that S was arguing with, probably defending D! Did anyone notice the menacing look D was giving Aaron in the pic?????

So, I'm guessing that it's one of the Bass family who died. It would create the reason behind Serena and Chuck's argument. Hmmm...maybe Bart. I smell more torment behind Chuck's history know. Or Lily-unhappy marriage situation. But, I would hope she wouldn't do that to Serena. Or what about Eric? That would be a plot twist! Or maybe, a long-lost friend/Serena's grandmother/Nate's dad. Although, none of those are major characters. And the rumors are the a major character has died....

It's definitely Chuck, and I don't think they're arguing so much as she is trying to calm him down.
kialove978 - I doubt that means they are a couple, Blair is probably just being there for him :)
