In the promo, it looked kinda like there was stuff all over his hands, like the indonesian guy that was dubbed the tree man because he had pounds of barklike warts growing all over his body........

maybe he's covered in warts or something causes he's covering his face. you know like that tree guy over in vietnam. or it could be some sort of facial tumor. what ever it is its on the face because hes covered it up.
