Jack gets mugged and decides he needs to do something to protect the rich in New York City. He settles on running for mayor.
Liz can't stand the lawlessness of the city, but once she realizes that she can use the awful techniques of others, she does. She attempts to out-gross all of NYC, and does, until Jack stops her.
Jenna and Paul start doing normal couples activities, but pretend "normaling" is a kinky sex thing so that they can feel like themselves.
