A cryogenically frozen woman's body turns up in a swamp. Cam is nervous about meeting Arastoo's parents. Booth is up for a promotion that would require that he relocate.
A a couple is looking at homes in an idyllic neighborhood, tossing a ball to a dog until the dog returns with a skull piece. Body dump. It's completely disgusting. As usual.
Cam and Arastoo are in bed together and he breaks the news to her that his parents are coming into town. They want to meet her.
Cam starts calling Arastoo Mr. Vaziri, upsetting him and making everyone uncomfortable.
The Assistant Director is having Booth review other agent's files and Sweets is really impressed.
The victim had a daughter with Cystic Fibrosis and there was a restraining order against her husband because of an argument they had about his thoughts on putting their girl through tests that would never help.
Cam discovers the boy was likely frozen because the organs were fractured.
Sweets announces he's been asked to look at Booth's test scores and analyze his performance. He also heard there is a new office opening at the embassy in Germany. Booth gets upset but Brennan thinks he should accept any honor given.
Cam is afraid to meet Arastoo's parents because she thinks they will not like her and will force him to choose between them and she'll lose.
Brennan determines the body was cryogenically frozen.
Brennan tells Booth she would be happy to go to Germany and Booth is surprised.
The cryogenics place has had a run in with a competitor who works out of his garage and they may be the ones who dumped the victim.
The dinner with Arastoo's parents went poorly, but they didn't appear to be unreasonable or bad people.
The victim had an argument with the cryogenics owner and they discover video footage of him sawing a body. He was saving the brain after the payments dried up by selling other organs.
There are phones inserted in the skulls of the frozen so the people can listen for cracks. "Crack phones." Through a series of conversations they discover the owner did the killing because he loved her, but she didn't love him back. He thought if he froze her she might love him when he awakened her.
Arastoo's parents visit Cam and Arastoo. His mother speaks to him exactly as we would have expected her to. Arastoo's mother tells him he's ready for marriage and somewhere inside he must have known it, too.
Booth thinks the FBI is looking at his skill set not to promote him but because they want him to be a sniper again. He won't do it and Brennan says he doesn't have to do anything he doesn't want to.
