Clara's date with Danny goes really poorly and The Doctor is pleased because he needs her for a "thing."

The Doctor is certain that at some point everyone has the same nightmare. 

When given the wheel of the TARDIS, Clara takes them to a children's home by mistake. It appears to be housing Danny Pink, then called Rupert.

After being scared to death about someone that goes bump in the night, The Doctor scrambles the brain of little Rupert into having dreams about Dan the Soldier man... he just created Danny Pink!

Clara asks The Doctor to send her back to the date so she can pick up with her other self left off, with her date with Danny. She mistakenly lets out that she knows his name is Rupert. He knows something is going on and demands the truth. He leaves before she can tell him.

A man in a space suit comes into the restaurant. Clara thinks it's The Doctor, but it's actually Orson Pink. 

Orson is from 100 years in the future. He knows about time travel because of tales of a great-grantparent.

They head to the end of the universe in The Doctor's search for things that go bump in the night.

Clara runs into the young doctor and gives to him his keen understanding of fear.
