Finn takes heat from Sue when he decides to cast Wade/Unique in the role of Rizzo. Kitty and Marley battle over the role of Sandy and the affections of McKinley's newest stud, Ryder Lynn (Blake Jenner). Jake is also jealous of the attention Marley receives from Blake and decides to audition for the musical.

Will and Emma decide that Emma will stay at McKinley while Will goes to Washington. Will asks Finn to take over the glee club in his absence.
