Blair makes all of her former minions and Charlie compete to secure the coveted bridesmaid spots in her upcoming royal wedding. Charlie earns a coveted spot, but only because Diana is pushing her to land some gossip.
Nate is tired of keeping his relationship with Diana a secret, so he decides to use Charlie to make Diana jealous. But in the end, Diana turns the tables and posts a photo of herself with Nate online to make Ivy back off.
Serena's boss is determined to acquire the film rights to Dan's book, so Serena must put her personal feelings about Dan and the book aside in order to close the deal. Dan is conned into backing out of the screenwriting so that Aaron Sorkin can step in, but Diana offers to torpedo the movie deal altogether in exchange for Serena joining her team as a gossip blogger.
Louis' plan to turn Chuck against the world by using Dr. Eliza Barnes backfires as Blair learns of his duplicitous ways. Through therapy, Chuck realizes he must let Blair go and apologizes to her for his many past indiscretions.
