Jim accompanies his best friend, Steve, to visit Steve's brother Billy.
Billy, who has muscular dystrophy, wants to have sex for the first time, and asks Jim to help.
Jim, Steve, and Billy go on a road trip to a brothel.
Billy has sex with a hooker after they all learn he has a large penis.
Jim realizes that not only can he be a good guy, but Billy will make a great wingman.
