Shaw is assigned to watch a 10-year-old girl who wants to grow up to be a spy. She has recorded conversations with HR putting her in danger.
Carter continues to spy on HR. Laskey tried to blackmail her but she shot the bartender and said unless he worked for her, she would pin the blame on him.
HR and the Russians are working together.
Reese fights Simmons and leaves him for the police.
Flashbacks reveal that Shaw’s father was killed in a car accident, but she didn’t have emotions back then.
Shaw rescues the girl who becomes Finch’s ward.
Root appears at Shaw's place and uses a Taser on her.
