David subpoenas James to the Grand Jury regarding the voter rigging in Defiance, Ohio and Cyrus comes clean to James regarding his motive for participating.
Abby learns that David loves her and then uses that information to help Olivia.

OMG....I'm fainting, breathless, dizzy, excited, and exhausted! What a ride, what a rush. That Shonda Rimes is a GENIUS. I luv the mind of the POTUS.
