Fitz tells Cyrus that he is serious about his desire to divorce Mellie. Cyrus reminds him that doing so is political suicide. Mellie goes to extreme measures to reel Fitz back in.
Meanwhile, Olivia wrestles with her guilt over having been involved in the election rigging and turns Hollis in for the attempted assassination of the President. Huck visits Becky in prison to get her help. Cyrus has plans for eliminating Hollis as a threat which differ from Olivia's plans.
