J.D. and Carla's friendship is in trouble when J.D. has more medical knowledge than Carla and takes offense to her nickname for him, "Bambi." Elliot treats Jill (Nicole Sullivan), a patient that's just as neurotic as her. The Janitor comes up with a new nickname for J.D.
Turk: You don't want to be a surgeon, Cole, it's boring and it sucks. It's the complete opposite of a water slide.
