-Lydia and Reuben investigate the death of and infant inside its own home. The husband thinks the ex-nanny snuck in through a window and smothered the child. Reuben thinks it's SIDS.
-The mother admits she took an Ambien to sleep but the baby was crying so she brought it into the bed. When she woke up in the morning she found she had accidentally smothered the child.
-After a difficult day Cooper goes to visit Hicks who has been calling him all day but Cooper hasn't picked up. He finds Hicks drunk and he admits he almost ate his gun when Cooper didn't call.
-The investigation continues into Tammi's accusations against Sammy. The video of the event is missing. Turns out Sammy has it but has not turned it over.
-Sherman is seeing two woman, Brooke the school teacher and the gang banger's cousin.
