The fallout from Harvey’s fraud case continues to build, as Allison comes in to act as his council, rubbing everyone the wrong way. Harvey, desperate to make it go away attempted to make it right on his own terms only to fail.

Donna struggled with whether or not to tell Harvey about finding the lost memo. When Mike discovered what she was hiding, it pitted her against him, and put her in a race to beat him to the punch. Even so, Mike tried not to tell Harvey up until the point he almost perjured himself.  When Harvey confronted Donna, it ended in an explosive fight. Eventually Jessica was forced to fire Donna for the indiscretion.

Mike mediated a case in which a young man with dreams of going pro in tennis sought emancipation from his overbearing father, who was also his trainer.
