Recap

Deangelo has created in "inner circle" of sorts in which he discusses the ins and outs of the office.  The women of the office have a problem with it because it consists of all men.  Jim says something to Deangelo about that and immediately gets ousted from the inner circle.

Ryan has convinced Deangelo that he is Kelly's boss.  Dwight won't suck up to, or even be friends with Deangelo, and the new boss doesn't like it.  When Deangelo brags about being able to dunk from the free throw line, Jim gets him to show it to everyone.  When he performs his dunk, the basket falls in Deangelo and he is taken away in an ambulance.

@ Paul, agree with you, episode was bit of nicer than previous one. The Office team has # of nice characters but I don’t understand why the writers of the Show are not writing proper script for them.

This episode was slightly better than the last which gives us hope & with Ferrell going it can only improve from there. He should star in a show called " Guys that are completely unfunny "

OMFG ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS!! AHAHAHAHAHA! Should have got ridden of Carrell's character sooner! Give each new boss a two year stint. Carrell's character should have mirrored the original's (Gervais') character. Then move on! Instead it just became a vehicle for Carrell. The other characters are far more interesting with the performers doing a finer job. What this episode did was provide the stongest proof yet that the role of the boss should have been constantly changing. Ferrell was hilarious in this and showed why/how it is he's created some memorable characters. Brilliant first episode with Carrell. Put it this way, before Carrell made his money and decided go, it looked like the show had jumped the shark.
