Robert California ended up earning the job of Regional Manager, but he wasn't satisfied, so he went to Florida to talk Jo into making him CEO. It worked, but he still works half the time out of Scranton's conference room.
Nobody at the office really knows how to act around him, and they get especially nervous when they find a list of all of their names split into two different columns.
After trying to figure out what it meant, Robert invited those on the left side to lunch and told them all he thought they were winners. He mentioned that the right-siders were losers, so Kevin and Dwight break the news to their fellow Dunder Miffliners.
Andy, as new branch manager, tells Robert what great people all of the "losers" are, and then gets the Friday before Columbus Day as a half day for the entire staff.
