When Homer gets a high electric bill, he tries to switch the family to a new source of renewable energy and opts for a wind turbine.  However, soon a storm renders their new device broken... and a whale beached. 

Lisa soon becomes attached to the whale, she calls Bluella.  Homer desperately tries to save the whale so as to not let Lisa get her feelings hurt.  When all attempts fail, the whale eventually dies, and the city soon blows up the whale.  When Lisa discovers two of Bluella's children in danger, she enlists Homer's help one more time to try and stop the sharks from killing the calves. 

When Homer is about to be killed by the sharks, the calves' father comes and saves the day.
