After New Years Eve, Homer breaks several of the city's new ordinances and attempts to bribe his way out of the tickets.  When his bribe goes wrong, he ends up in jail, but makes a deal with an FBI agent (Jon Hamm) to try and go out early.   Homer agrees to snitch on Fat Tony in exchange for his freedom, and ends up killing the mob boss of a heart attack when he betrays him during a big gun deal.  Fit Tony rises to take his places and let's Homer live when he decides the memory of Fat Tony lives on in Homer.  Fit Tony gets fat, returning the Springfield universe to where it started.
