After Bart eats a dead frog on a dare, he becomes a social pariah at school. Fortunately, a new transfer student named Diggs saves him from some bullies with the help of his trained pet falcon. Diggs introduces Bart to the schools falconry club, and the two spend a lot of time together. When Diggs jumps out of tree, Bart finds out that his new friends has some mental problems. Nonetheless, he helps Diggs release all the birds at the Springfield falconry competition.
