Lea Michele started off as a child star on Broadway in Les Miserables. She then went on to get nominated for a Drama Desk Award for her role in Spring Awakening.

She now stars as Rachel Berry on Glee.

Michele was born in the Bronx an has known Jenna Ushkowitz since they were eight years old. She's also close pals in real life with co-star Dianna Agron.
