But the next installment looks like it’s going to give us a reason to smile. As Bones Season 12 is winding down, we have so many things we’re hoping to see.
Booth and Brennan going undercover one more time definitely tops that list.
They’ve done it in Las Vegas. They’ve thrown knives while undercover at the circus on Bones Season 4 Episode 11.
On Bones Season 8 Episode 10 our dynamic duo did some dirty dancing.
And then just last year they went up against one another in the old west with a shooting competition on Bones Season 11 Episode 9.
But there's no doubt that the latest undercover endeavor will be a smashing success.
That’s right folks, Booth and Brennan are off to solve a murder by going undercover in the demolition derby. This sounds like a job for Buck and Wanda!
Check out these photos for Bones Season 12 Episode 9, scheduled to air Tuesday, March 7th.
Tell us if we're wrong, but that sure looks like Buck and Wanda Moosejaw!
You can't miss Buck's '90's style mullet, and Wanda's big '80's curly hair.
This unforgettable undercover duo is back one more time before the series finale this spring.
We'd say our favorite undercover duo has returned in the nick of time.
After the drama of having someone trying to kill her children and then suffering through her father's murder, Brennan could sure use something to make her smile.
It appears that getting behind the wheel at the demolition derby may be just what the doctor ordered and we can't wait to see what kind of trouble she can get into behind that wheel.
Yes, Wanda's got that awesome curly, frizzy, 1980's big hair look, but there's just something about Buck's mullet that makes us unable to look away...even though we might want to.
When not even someone as handsome as Booth can salvage a hairstyle, you know it's time to for it to retire.
That said, we're still thrilled to see these back one more time, even with their hideous throwback hair.
So who do you think is going to be driving in the demolition derby?
We're sure that Booth will want to take control of that car, but Brennan should have the opportunity to drive something other than her Prius.
Perhaps we'll get lucky and they'll both be out there driving on the dirt.
No matter how it turns out, we know that having Buck and Wanda back is going to be entertaining.
Having Booth and Brennan do some smashing and crashing as their alter egos will be nothing but fun, and if that's not enough, they'll probably catch a killer too.
