This is Felicity doing her thing. We're guessing it's going to be up to her to dole out the appropriate pep talks and/or chastise Oliver and Diggle to get them to finally sit down and talk.

Those tables look nice and sturdy. Awfully handy when you're dodging incoming gunfire such that Felicity seems to be doing. She's going to need to start dressing more comfortably if this is to become a common occurrence.

Now that they're out in the open, they can old hands not only for encouragement when the going gets tough, but to show their affection for one another without worry. Awww. Isn't that sweet?
Felicity appears to be offering her boyfriend and soon to be Green Arrow some encouragement. Will it be easy for the two of them to pick up where they left off, as a part of Team Arrow, together as a couple and fitting into the old dynamic?
