I must remind myself every day that we don’t live in crisis mode anymore, we have time now

Flash this isn't you.

Shush me one more time, and we are going to have a problem.

Cecille: There's not gonna be any surprises. This is gonna be totally sick.
Joe: Sick? Are you feeling sick?
Cecille: Nah bra, Nah. This delivery is gonna be sick. Having this baby is gonna be like one epic wave.
Joe: Are you okay? You're scaring me.

Amunet: Besides, you know what they say. A zebra never changes it's stripes.
Joe: Flash
Amunet: Oh Flash, you really do stop all the crime in the city don't you.

For the millionth time, I'm lost with all this time travel stuff. What happens now?

Iris [reads future newspaper]: Iris West-Allen.
Barry: It changed back.
Joe: Does that mean what I think it means?
Barry: Yeah, Joe. The future's ours again.

Joe: You time traveled again?
Barry: Yes.
Joe: That's what got us into this mess in the first place.

Joe: I haven't seen him this happy in a long time.
Iris: Try ever. It's the first time he hasn't been weighed down by the tragedies of his past, you know? First time he's actually been free of them.
Joe: You don't want his memory restored, do you?
Iris: Dad, I can't say that seeing him happy and light isn't something that I have wished for him because yeah, it is.

Tracy: What happens if I don't build the trap?
Joe: [looking at Iris] Someone very important to us is going to die.

I don't know about this one, Barry. H.R. isn't exactly our best closer.

Barry: What happened to us?
Joe: My daughter's life was taken. My son's...and then you left me, Barry. The last piece of who I was, left. Turned his back and ran away.
