Cain: There's only one thing you would be calling me for, so I came to help.
AJ: Thank you.

AJ: You know, I though that we couldn't work under the same roof. I was wrong.
Cain: I have an offer at John Hawkins. I may stay here, I may not, I don't know. I have a decision to make.
Conrad:What have we done?
Nic: Nothing will ever be the same.
Conrad: No more sleeping away on Sunday mornings, that's for sure.
Nic: No more date nights without a babysitter.
Conrad: Oh my God, we have to start saving for college. Best decision we ever made.
Conrad: How much does a sickle cell cure gonna cost now? One million per patient? Two?
Phillip: With all due respect Dr. Hawkins, the profit margin is not evil, OK. It got us safe and effective COVID vaccines, and now it's gong to help a lot of people with sickle cell anemia.
Conrad: But rich ones!
Phillip: Rose is cured. That's a win, right? I'm very sorry you're not happy for me. Personally, I'm very happy for her, and for Chastain.

Rose: I'm going to need you to say it.
Devon: OK. Rose, your gene therapy worked, and you're cured.
Rose: I don't even know where to begin. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You've changed my life.
Devon: I should be thanking you. You trusted me, and because you did, a lot of people suffering from Sickle Cell are going to get a chance to be cured.

Leela: How am I supposed to do this job when getting close to my patients and keeping distance from them both feel wrong?
Devon:I ask myself that all the time, but there is no right answer.
Devon: What kind of doctor do you want to be?
Leela: Since medical school, my goal has been to just survive. To minimize my liabilities,to not get kicked out of the club. A lot of that came from my father.
Devon: Controlling what you thought needed to be controlled.
Leela: Yeah. But I'm learning that being a dispassionate robot isn't in my nature. And it won't make me a better doctor.
Devon: That's funny. That's the same answer I came up with.
