Fiona and Sammi clash over Carl and his role in the drug bust. Fiona tries to prepare Carl for his sentencing and asks him to show remorse, but Carl is uncooperative. Meanwhile, Sammi is told that Chuckie will definitely get some time since the drugs were physically found on him.
At the sentencing, Chuckie is sentenced to 120 days in juvenile detention, while Carl refuses to apologize and even insults the judge, resulting in a sentencing of 1 year.
Ian wakes up with Mickey and believes that people are trying to take him from the house. He runs around the house with a baseball bat and almost hits Debbie before Mickey intervenes. The two of them go to the clinic to get his medication refilled, but he is saddened to discover he could be on medication for the next 30-40 years.
Lip and his new professor have a rendezvous in her office after class and later have another encounter at her home before her husband comes home. Lip's tuition is paid by a friend of the financial aid officer who's been assisting him.
Kev is still at the college and he has become known as the "rape walker", which is a guy drunk girls call to walk them home. After hooking up with a few co-eds, Kev is confronted by a group of male students.
Frank's doctor Bianca is diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and she and Frank hit the town as a way to cope. They drink at the Alibi, buy weed and smoke by the river. They also go to the home of Bianca's old classmate who stole her prom date so Bianca can punch her in the nose.
After two days out, Frank takes Bianca home and puts her to bed.
