- Jack and Andy are on a road trip to head to meet his brother and Jack is nervous about it.
- They have papers confirming that Ben has custody of Pru.
- Carina and Maya still haven't told anyone about the baby news. Carina's paperwork about immigration is in and she has a green card interview coming up.
- Theo and Vic do a Crisis One response call to a home where parents are arguing about a child and they're misgendering them.
- Andy sees the snacks that Jack has that mention sperm and he breaks down and tells her about his role in the baby making. Andy brings up their pact and thinks it's messy. But then she brings up that she's upset and blaming herself about Jeremy. He reassures her that it wasn't her fault.
- Travis treats someone whose toes fall off when they come into the clinic on clinic day.
- Ben notices that Ross is giving Sullivan the cold shoulder and thinks that it's because Sullivan lied about Becett.
- Jack and Andy show up at Josh's home to meet him. It's awkward.
- The parents of Matt are bickering because the mother refuses to accept their kid as a boy. The mother calls her boyfriend in and it escalates.
- Jack and Joshua talk and Jack learns that Josh is super wealthy and has kids and one on the way. He also finds out that Josh got raised by their parents.
- He also learns that he has a bunch of sisters too and they just found out about him and it all becomes too much so Andy takes him away.
- The drop the charges against the father and diffuse the situation but the mother and her boyfriend kidnap Matt anyway.
- THey hype Travis up about running for mayor.
- VIc, Theo, and the cops stop the parents and get Matt out and he speaks his truth to his mother before she's carted away.
- Andy and Jack eget a flat and Jack breaks down while trying to change it because his parents didn't want him.
- Jack talks about his experience with sexual abuse in the system and how he didn't tell anyone and Andy asks him about it. He also mentions that there are probably more victims out there of Jeremy's and they should find them.
- Carina and Maya have a sexytime.
- Sullivan and Ross have a sexytime.
