Sam and Dean double their efforts to find a cure for the Mark of Cain.

Castle suggests Metatron can help, and he retrieves him from his prison in Heaven.

Mutation tells them that the first step is they need the First Blade.

Crowley is called upon to get it for them, all the while, Rowena is messing with Crowley’s dreams and spying on him. She also kills another one of his demon followers.

Dean beats up Metatron, but Metatron refuses to give more steps on how to get rid of the Mark of Cain.

Castiel returns him to his prison.

Sam tells Dean he needs to keep fighting the Mark.

After Claire runs away again, Castiel tells Dean to speak with her. Her new friends attempt to kill Dean, but he stops them and doesn’t kill them.

Castiel finds Claire, but the two decide that they need to go their separate ways.
