Cisco and Kamilla tell Barry, Iris, and Caitlin that they are leaving Central City the next day. Kamilla has a gallery show in Miami and Cisco has accepted a job as ARGUS's Director of Technology and Science.

Cisco shows Chester the ropes at STAR Labs so that he can take over when he's gone.

Barry packs up Cisco's things for him.

Rainbow Raider, AKA Carrie Bates, uses her powers to get a cashier's check for ten million dollars from a banker.

Barry and Caitlin figure out that a meta who makes people happy is behind the robbery. Cisco inserts himself into the case and says that he wants one last case for the original Team Flash.

Cisco figures out that they have dealt with a Rainbow Raider before -- Roy G. Bivilo. They can stop Carrie with a prismatic light grid that Cisco used on the original meta.

Barry and Cisco try to use the prismatic light grid on Rainbow Raider, but it doesn't work. She hits them with her own powers, affecting Cisco. She gets away.

The grid didn't work because this new Rainbow Raider is seven times more powerful than the original.

Iris tries to find a replacement for Kamilla at The Citizen, but she passes on a lot of good applicants. Kamilla confronts her about it, but Iris brushes her off.

Barry and Iris have Chester babysit Cisco, but he gets away and interferes with Barry's suit while he's running to track down a lead. Barry ends up running into Carrie, and she uses her powers on him. He returns to STAR Labs happy.

Chester uses a gadget to cure Barry and Cisco.

Barry and Caitlin tell Cisco that they have been putting on a brave face for him about him leaving.

Carrie steals a blimp. Team Flash figures out that she isn't stealing for herself, she's going to give it all away by dropping it on Central City using the blimp.

Allegra, Barry, and Cisco confront Carrie in the blimp and convince her to stop. Barry even tells her he'll recommend her for the mayor's economic development community.

The blimp malfunctions and heads for a sports stadium. Cisco is able to use his powers to fix it and save the day.

Cisco gives Chester a flash drive with all of his designs on it.

Iris apologizes to Kamilla. Team Citizen and Cecile say goodbye to Kamilla.

Cisco gives Joe, Barry, and Caitlin each one of his shirts. They do karaoke and sing "Poker Face" by Lady Gaga.

Cecile enters her home and hears voices. She looks in the mirror and her reflection is wearing Psycho Pirate's mask.
