Bethenny has a cupcake decorating party with Sonja, Dorinda, and Ramona. Sonja thinks the fondant roller could double as a sex toy. Ramona brings her own wine glasses. Sonja shares that she’s about to pay off her judgment and invites all of the ladies down to Turks and Caicos with her to celebrate. 

Carole and Bethenny have dinner. Carole says she had a sex dream about Bethenny. She thinks it was about getting Bethenny to loosen up. Carole also admits that she started the trouble between Bethenny and Kristen. Surprisingly the two women bond. 

LuAnn invites the ladies to a photo shoot for her new sportswear line. Kristen immediately asks Bethenny why she’ll have to leave the Turks and Caicos trip a day early and if they have to change the dates. Bethenny breaks down in tears. She wants to be back for her daughter’s recital and she doesn’t want to lose more time with her. She doesn’t expect anyone else to change their plans. 

The ladies discuss how to handle Sonja’s public drunken binges. An intervention is debated but dropped. They decide to observe her behavior on vacation to determine how bad it truly is. 

At LuAnn’s sportswear launch party, Ramona chastises Kristen for jumping on Bethenny about the Turks and Caicos trip, asking Kristen, “Are you that dumb?” Kristen doesn’t take it well.
