A woman in the ER has severe night terrors. Irving leaves Devon in charge of the ER on Halloween so he can he go to Mina's epic Halloween party.

Conrad thinks it is strange that he was supposed to meet Marshall before his shift but Marshall didn't show. Nic takes her newly sober sister to Mina's party.

At Mina's party, Nic is concerned Jessie may gain access to some drugs.

Laurie doesnt recognize Conrad for a minute. He tells her that she may have schizophrenia.

Likes are being brought into the ER and they are waiting on a body. Devon and AJ are tasked with the missing limbs case. Someone keeps twisting the hand on the arm into different positions and AJ is amused.

Laurie takes off and ends up on the ledge of the rooftop. Conrad talks her down.

A leg comes in and AJ realizes he is going to need more surgeons. He pages Mina who puts Nic in charge of her party.

Bell fires his assistant but then the kid offers to set him up with a blind date that night so he doesn't lose his job.

They test Laurie and realise it is biological and not psychological. He sedated her.

Marshall urges Conrad to recharge and wants to go on vacation with him. Conras suspects something is wrong but his father won't say why he missed their meeting.

Nic searches the place looking for Jessie and finds her making out with someone. Jessie reminds her that she's sober now and tells her to have fun.

Jessie wakes up and is having nightmares. She takes off running and everyone tries to stop her. She goes through a glass window is pierces her femoral artery. Conrad tells Nolan to look at her stomach while he is performing surgery on her.

Nic has a panic attack at the party.

Bell meets his blind date vivian but is called to the OR with Voss, Mina, and AJ. It's guys versus girls for each limb. It's dicey, but the surgery is a success.

There is a teratoma in Laurie's abdomen. It led to encephalitis which caused her issues.

Conrad tries to get Marshall to share the truth but he won't. Conrad has nightmares later about his dad killing his mom.

Bell's assistant set him up with his mother. Bell finds out after he and vivian sleep together.
