NCIS (12.3 million/1.4 rating) and FBI (9.1 million/1.1 rating) both ticked up for CBS, while NCIS: New Orleans (7.5 million/0.9 rating) was steady.
The CW's rotation of The Flash (1.7 million/0.6 rating) and Black Lightning (0.9 million/0.3 rating) were steady.
Over on Fox, The Gifted (2 million/0.6 rating) and Lethal Weapon (2.8 million/0.6 rating) each matched their series lows.
