Arrow Season 4 Episode 3 Promo: Double Down

There's no denying JR Bourne is like fine wine. The man simply gets better with age. 

Sadly, it's unlikely he'll be popping up for more than one hour as Jeremy Tell aka Double Down, but he should be keeping both Green Arrow and Felicity Smoak fairly busy with his wicked card toss games while he visits Arrow Season 4 Episode 3!

The remainder of the installment should be devoted to Nanda Parbat and the "Restoration" of Sara Lance. Some stuff is just too good to make it into the trailer, so we'll have to do with some eye candy in the meantme.

We can handle it.
